My. Dyer has served as a director and Vice President, Projects and Business Development, of Vitol, Inc. since 2005. Mr. Dyer first joined Vitol in 1990, where he was responsible for structured financing and project development. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Dyer served as Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for El Paso Merchant Petroleum, and from 1998 to 2001 he served as an officer in various capacities at Engage Energy US, L.P., a natural gas and electric power marketing joint venture between the Coastal Corporation and Westcoast Energy (Canada). From 1996 to 1998, he was President and CEO of Euromin, Inc., a Vitol subsidiary engaged in trading aluminum and other nonferrous metals. Prior to that time, he was Chief Economist for Texas Commerce Bank. Mr. Dyer is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Financial Analysts Federation Fellow and holds degrees in accounting and economics.

On November 24, 2009 Mr. J. Michael Cockrell was appointed as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the General Partner. Mr. Cockrell has extensive experience in the crude oil industry and prior to joining the General Partner served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Upstream, of the general partner TEPPCO Partners, L.P. from February 2003 until November 2009. Previously he had served in various positions with the general parter of TEPPCO Partners, L.P. including serving as Vice President, Commercial Upstream.

Alex G. Stallings serves as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Blueknight. Prior to joining Blueknight, Stallings served as Chief Accounting Officer for SemGroup, L.P. a midstream energy company where he led the finance and accounting teams. Stallings also formerly served as Chief Accounting Officer for Staffmark, Inc., a temporary staffing company, where he was responsible for the public reporting and integration of more than 43 acquisitions during his tenure. Stallings previously was an audit manager for the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, working in its Tulsa, Oklahoma, office. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Executive Vice President - Asphalt Operations

| Jerry A. Parsons serves as executive vice president of asphalt operations and is responsible for Blueknight Energy Partners' asphalt plants and terminals throughout the United States. Before joining Blueknight, Parsons was with a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. for more than 30 years. As Koch Materials' vice president, business development, he was responsible for growing business operations supplying asphalt cement and related products to the road construction and roofing industries. In addition to asphalt, his prior energy industry experience includes refining, trading, crude oil operations and transportation. |

James Griffin serves as Chief Accounting Officer for Blueknight Energy Partner, L.P. Prior to Blueknight, Mr. Griffin served as an audit manager, for the public accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, working in its Tulsa, Oklahoma office where he worked on a variety of public and private companies in a variety of industries.

Senior Vice President of Operations

Jeff Speer serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Blueknight Energy Partners. Before joining Blueknight, Speer served as Vice President of Operations for SemMaterials asphalt/emulsion business for four years. Speer also formerly served as Vice President of Operations for Koch Industries, Inc., including operational responsibility for Koch's crude oil and pipeline divisions in Oklahoma, Texas and Canada, and Koch's agricultural and asphalt/emulsion business. Speer has approximately twenty years in the energy industry and hold a s Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University.
